  you agree to properly identify APTS OF ATL as the referral source on the
  guest card and use our affiliate, Apartments of Atlanta, LLC to submit
  your lease application. In the event that Apartments of Atlanta is not
  available for the property you choose, you agree to identify APTS OF ATL
  as the referral source on the property lease application. You agree to
  report the terms of your lease to APTS OF ATL.
• In no event shall APTS OF ATL nor its officers,
  directors, employees, agents, vendors, or suppliers be liable for any
  direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages
  including, without limitation, damages arising out of the use or
  performance of the APTS OF ATL web site or with the delay or inability to
  use the APTS OF ATL web site.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APTS
  OF ATL, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and suppliers from any
  liability, loss, claim, and expense (including reasonable attorney's fees)
